Yesterday we had preschool at our house, and we celebrated Dr. Seuss. I was so excited for this theme because the possibilities were endless!
The kids probably weren't as excited as I was, but it still was fun. I loved all the projects that we did. One thing we did was play Pin the Hat on The Cat.

The kids put the patterned stripes on their hats. (I drew that cat--ha!) After preschool, I gave the Cat to Piper to hang on her wall. So she wrote her name on it. Look at that name! How does anybody even write like that--it is amazing. You have letters backwards, frontwards, upsidedown and one somewhat diagonal. That is pure talent, and priceless!
We also made pencil holders and truffula trees made out of pencils (thank you pinterest!). Lydia made her own version of it and was ready for Dr. Seuss day at school.
